Human Resources Generalist – Human Resources Manager – Director of Human Resources

Your Focus

  • Administer all aspects of the organization’s I-9 process and procedures according to federal regulations.
  • Process and verify new hire information into the human resources information system.
  • Assist with the new hire orientation and onboarding for corporate new hires.
  • Complete special projects such as onboarding, compliance, and performance management process when adding new hotels and employees to the organization.
  • Assist with the administration of pre-employment background checks and compliant adverse action processing.
  • Assist with the communicating and data gathering of the company’s annual engagement survey.
  • Assist in planning and executing office culture and events.
  • Provide administrative support to human resources management staff.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in the human resources or hospitality field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage information flow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on independent tasks.
