Your Focus

  • Guide a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic operating plans that improve profitability, market share, guest satisfaction, and brand alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors and regional partners, providing clear expectations and driving alignment on performance priorities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing field team to ensure consistent execution and leadership bench strength across the portfolio.
  • Review key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deploy targeted action plans that yield measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operating processes, elevate brand identity, and activate initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance.
  • Ensure hotels maintain full compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements, and champion HHM’s sustainability practices.
  • Promote transparent communication, resolve performance gaps quickly, and foster a collaborative culture across regional and property teams.
  • Contribute to companywide strategies that support service excellence, team engagement, and long-term revenue goals.

Your Background and Skills

  • Senior-level hospitality operations experience with a hotel management company leading to VP or above.
  • Background overseeing hotel portfolios with full-service, resort, lifestyle, and luxury hotels.
  • Experience working across multiple brand families, including independent hotels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hotel investors and regional partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
