Lash Technician

Cerulean Spa at Mystic Marriott is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a strong commitment to providing exceptional lash services to our clients. This role involves performing professional eyelash extension application, lash lifts, and other related services, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

The compensation of this position is completely comission based.

Responsibilities:

• Apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and other lash services in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide recommendations on lash styles and aftercare to ensure the best results.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the lash industry.
• Promote and sell lash products and services to clients.
• Must provide own tools and equipment. Supplies will be provided.
• A skill test will be required as part of the interview. Model can be provided if applicant cannot.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Lash Technician with 2 years of experience in eyelash extensions and related services. Existing clientele preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong knowledge of different lash application techniques and products.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
