Provide general administrative recruiting support and assist in the execution of various recruiting initiatives. Responsible for providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact to potential hire in the recruiting and onboarding process.

Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and video
- Subject matter expert for all Applicant Tracking System and processes for all hiring managers
- Process, verify and maintain employee and applicant documentation in Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information systems.
- Manage and post all job requisitions to ensure data integrity and manage effectiveness on social media sites, university job boards, and industry niche publications
- Coordinate and facilitate the new hire orientation process, including day 1 orientation, ensuring accurate new hire paperwork completion and creating the employee file
- Consistently ensure the highest level of internal customer support (hiring managers, interview teams) by partnering with them to coordinate interview schedules and any additional requests
- Partner with and provide support for the talent acquisition team in employer branding initiatives, including but not limited to social and digital strategies
- Develop and manage a network of recruiting and referral sources including colleges, professional associations, social networks, etc. to assist in identifying candidates
- Ensure proper ongoing file maintenance and disposition of all applicants
- Assist employees and applicants with completing required forms and procedures
- Assist in planning employee events and informational meetings
- Complete special projects as needed and maintain current human resources knowledge and training
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent amount of related experience required
- Experience in Human Resources, Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting is a plus
- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced setting highly preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretion
- UltiPro or iCIMS experience preferred
