Opportunity: Laundry Attendant
Supervise laundry operations to ensure constant supply of clean linens for the hotel and hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Executive Housekeeper
Your Focus
- Lead, train and supervise laundry team members to ensure constant supply of clean linen for the hotel.
- Perform all stages of linen processing including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading, ironing, folding, storing and delivering and cleaning laundry equipment and the laundry area, as needed.
- Ensure there are enough laundry supplies and linens, monitoring the use of chemicals and ensuring production is up to standards.
- Operate and monitor washing, drying, and ironing machines, to ensure all are in worker order.
- Monitor linen quality, inventory, stain percentage, damaged linen and production reports to ensure reordering, rewashing and repairs in a timely manner.
- Instruct employees on laundry procedures, safety, and equipment operations.
- Assign tasks on a daily basis based on hotel occupancy and needs.
- Keep laundry area clean and sanitary, and ensure linens are washed, dried, folded, and stored in a timely manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Report safety hazards and accidents, and ensure staff responds appropriately in emergencies.
- Take inventory of linens and linen supplies.
- Speak with others professionally, and communicating with management, coworkers, and employees from other departments.
Your Background and Skills
- Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.
