Position Overview

HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President of Operations - Luxury Lifestyle to lead and oversee a portion of our Echelon Division, a distinguished collection of luxury and lifestyle hotels based in Dallas, Texas. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be instrumental in driving the continued success and growth of our luxury and lifestyle portfolio.

Your Growth Path:

Executive Vice President of Operations - Chief Operating Officer

Your Focus:

  • Portfolio Leadership: Directly oversee and provide strategic direction to a select portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels within the Echelon Division.
  • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Drive revenue growth through effective cost management, revenue optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of General Managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Owner Relations: Act as the liaison with property owners, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with property and executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all print, digital, and social channels within the Echelon Division, and facilitate programing and activation to execute marketing initiatives.

Your Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a full-service hotel or luxury setting.
  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with a strong understanding of luxury and upper-upscale hotel markets.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
