• Purchasing Supervisor (Operations)

  We are seeking a skilled and committed hospitality professional for the position of Purchasing Supervisor at the Boston Harbor Hotel. This position is responsible for the ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of goods while maximizing profitability. The Purchasing Supervisor will aid in overseeing all distribution of hotel inventories and supplies, sourcing products, supplies and materials as well as managing inventory controls to meet department’s needs.

• Engineer (Hotel Maintenance) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  Oversee and direct all financial activities for Boston Harbor Hotel, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship, protection of assets, and accurate financial reporting while supporting the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and long-term asset value.

• Barback (Food & Beverage)

  Prepare and service bars operating within the hotel in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Cocktail Server (Food & Beverage)

  Serve food and/or beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. This is a seasonal position from May - October.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.

• Room Attendant - Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards. This is a seasonal opportunity available from June 1st - October 31st.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation of food and oversight of kitchen operations in accordance with established food quality, guest service and sustainability standards.

• Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Support and assist the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, particularly as it relates to managing the culinary and stewarding staff, meeting food consistency and quality standards, while meeting financial and other objectives.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

• Parking Attendant (Transportation)

  We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional; strengths in service, thorough knowledge of the guest’s experience, and exceptional Beyond Compare service attitude for the position of Valet Parker at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Boston’s only Forbes Five-Star waterfront hotel. This position is responsible for assisting each guest and outlet patron with Valet parking, and direction for self-parking.

• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation and administration: production, purchasing, inventory control, menu planning and engineering, and cost control.
