Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Supervise set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Verify, obtain approvals and pay invoices; bill and collect outstanding revenue in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. Implement appropriate booking strategies to ensure that all parties are appropriately accommodated, and work with housekeeping and the reservations department regarding the distribution and status of guest rooms.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide administrative support for the CEO and COO of an industry-leading and highly respected hotel management, investment and development firm operating over 100 hotels in 20 states. The ideal candidate will possess solid administrative skills and understand the value of confidentiality while demonstrating and fostering a respectful work culture that is service and community oriented both internally and externally.
