• Managing Director (General Manager)

  The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park is seeking a visionary, operationally savvy Managing Director to lead our team at El Paso’s premier historic luxury landmark. As the Managing Director, you will champion the guest experience and oversee all hotel operations to maximize profitability while upholding the independent spirit and Forbes-level standards of this iconic West Texas retreat.

• Guest Experience Supervisor (Guest Services)

  TheGuest Experience Supervisor will supervise the Guest Experience by assisting the Guest Service Manager. Generates and provides an upscale and authentic experience for guests while maintaining consistent communication with the operations team. Supplies guests with relevant information and ensures all requests are met according to established brand standards.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.

• Kitchen Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Supervise set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Reservations Agent (Guest Services)

  Respond to telephone, email, internet inquiries, and employ sales techniques in order to secure and process reservations for guest accommodations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Door Person (Guest Services)

  Greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner at the front door of the hotel and maintain the appearance of the front door area in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Engineer (Hotel Maintenance) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
