Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Responsible for completing sales transactions and serving of the Pool cabanas. Associate is also responsible for providing excellent guests’ service and support to both guests and internal partners while maintaining all service areas in the pool.
Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.
Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services including food quality, customer satisfaction, associate schedules and their performance in accordance with established restaurant and guest service standards.
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet company and brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and maintenance. Support staff scheduling, monitor room status, manage supplies and linens, and assist with inspections and guest requests to ensure efficient operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
