Responsible for completing sales transactions and serving of the Pool cabanas. Associate is also responsible for providing excellent guests’ service and support to both guests and internal partners while maintaining all service areas in the pool.
The Housekeeping Admin provides administrative support to the housekeeping and maintenance leadership team ensuring smooth day to day operations within the resort. This role includes managing inventory, projects, communication with other departments and maintaining records.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure hotel pools are maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services including food quality, customer satisfaction, associate schedules and their performance in accordance with established restaurant and guest service standards.
